This new section of the 2012 Statutory EYFS Framework found within the ‘Understanding the World’ area of learning specifies that children should "know about similarities and differences between themselves and others, and among families, communities and traditions."
The good news for practitioners is that our resources fully support this area of learning. By using our books and accompanying soft toys there will be endless opportunities for children to explore similarities and differences between themselves, others, families, communities and traditions!
