VAT
All prices in the online shop and catalogue are exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be applied only to soft toys and P&P when items include VAT.
Shipping
For standard UK orders placed Monday - Friday we aim to despatch within a few days meaning that you should receive your goods usually within a week.
Goods are dispatched by Courier or Royal Mail.
If your order is more urgent, please contact us by phone or email to discuss how quickly we can get this to you and the relevant express delivery costs.
UK shipping rates are based on weight and / or order value, typically £3.50 / £5.95 / £8.50.
This is for UK delivery only.
For International delivery please do not order through the shop but do contact us by email with your order enquiry to check applicable. postage, duty and tax.
